May is Mental Health Awareness month, but this really is a topic we should talk about all year long. It is time to normalize mental health struggles and #breakthestigma. If you are feeling the pain, you’re not alone.

Struggling with your mental health?
Sometimes it can be hard to talk about this. I know it is for me. I am not a licensed anything, but I feel compelled to reach out and share the knowledge that I’ve gained regarding anxiety and depression.
Not everyone can afford a therapist, especially these days. I put together a Mental Health 30 Day Challenge, filled with ways to be kind to yourself and help you find a smile or moment of peace.

Each day throughout the month of May (or any time you feel like trying the challenge!) try one of the ideas in this list. You never know who else you might inspire, and being open to talk about mental health reduces the overall stigma in your social circles. It’s time to start speaking up!
