Happy Mother’s Day!

Here’s what I’ve been up to the past few days:  In RL, I’m in the process of moving to a new apartment so things are going to be chaotic until the end of the month.  On top of that, I’m working on a huge group project for school that will be going on for the next 5 weeks.  So that means not as much time to play AC and Pokemon!  How sad.

While I didn’t post, I did log in to AC for a bit every day.  Here’s some of the highlights:

Deb went to hear her evaluation from the Fashionista.  While Gracie appeared to like the matching robe and headband (after all, they are for sale right now lol), she did NOT give Deb a passing grade.  I’m still trying to figure out why.  Deb was wearing white shoes and black socks (after going to Kick’s and choosing Color) which apparently do not match!  Sigh…

Other than that, I’ve just been focusing on watering, watering, watering!  It has been raining every few days, but I can’t wait for the ACTUAL rain season to come!

So now, today is Mother’s Day.  In RL, you usually send your mom something.  In AC, your Mom sends YOU a present!  How weird.  She sent a cute little letter and a packet of pink carnation seeds.  I quickly planted it in my small Carnations garden, in hopes that it will help to spawn some more white carnations!

Speaking of flowers spawning, I’ve noticed a few hybrids pop up lately!  I saw a new black tulip, an orange rose, and a blue pansy.  Hooray!  I love how excited I get over a stupid little flower lol!

OH I forgot to post the important news!  Shaolin has it’s newest townie now.  Meet Margie!

Now, I know an elephant never forgets, so Margie must have just ‘mis-remembered’ where she left her key, cuz I had to go fish for it today.  I found it pretty quickly, which was good.  I know how much it sucks to get locked out of your house!  That happened to me last year, only in the real world you have to call the locksmith and pay $80 to get back inside lol!

That’s about all I’ve got to update!  So just be prepared, I might not be able to post as much these days.  I’ll do my best!  🙂
