Wow this snuck up on me pretty quickly… PAX East 2020 is this weekend in Boston, MA! I’m psyched to make my annual trip up to Beantown.

But this year, I’m more excited than ever!

Why is that? Several reasons:

1 – The Nintendo Feud Game Show!

My friends from StreetPass Long Island, StreetPass Boston and StreetPass NYC and I are collaborating once again to host the Nintendo Feud Game Show. I recently procured some fun giveaway prizes from my local Nintendo Rep (he’s awesome!) and the theme this year is Team Bowser vs Team Isabelle. Should be an interesting matchup!

The Nintendo Feud Game Show panel will be on Saturday, 2/29 at 7:30pm in the Arachnid Theater. PAX East 2020 Saturday badge is required to attend. You still have time to fill out the Survey if you haven’t done so yet!

2 – Pokemon: Choose Your Own Adventure Panel

In addition to the game show panel, we are branching out to produce a NEW style of panel for PAX East attendees to enjoy. On Sunday afternoon, the masterminds from StreetPass Boston, as well as my cohorts from StreetPass Long Island, will be providing an interactive Pokemon experience for gamers of all ages! In our choose your own adventure story, there are so many different possible endings. We will bring up audience members to see if they can choose the right path and become a Pokemon Champion… or something ELSE?!?!

The Pokemon I Choose You! Adventure panel will be on Sunday, 3/1 at 1:30pm in the Dragonfly Theater. PAX East 2020 Sunday badge is required to attend. Yes, we will be giving out these Pokemon paper hats to participating audience members!

3 – Animal Crossing: New Horizons Island Getaway at PAX East!

I mean, this is probably the MOST important thing happening this weekend, if I’m honest. The panels will be fun and all, but the rest of my weekend is going to be spent at the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Island Getaway booth, waiting in line to play and re-play the AC:NH demo over and over and hopefully get a bit of Animal Crossing swag. Or at least some sweet photo ops with Tom Nook and KK Slider. Ohhh man. I can hardly contain myself!!! This is gonna be THE BEST PAX EAST EVARRRRR!!!
