Remember last month when I told you about my epic quest to write a 50,000 word novel during November, as part of NaNoWriMo? Well, I tried. Super hard. But Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu came out in the middle of November, and that distracted me for a week. Plus, Thanksgiving. And frankly, writing ain’t easy.

The bad news is that by the end of November, I had only written about 17,000 words. The good news is that I do plan on finishing this damn thing, although it’s not going to be immediately. And I don’t care if it’s 50,000 words long anymore lol. It’ll be a short story or something!

Now that the pressure of writing a certain number of words and meeting tight deadlines is no longer looming (which can both be creativity-killers in my opinion) I will write the last couple of chapters, do some editing, and hopefully release the eBook here on the Glux Blog for you guys, my lovely blog subscribers to enjoy in 2019! If you think it’s good, maybe I’ll even put it up on Amazon!

Thanks to everyone who supported me in my NaNoWriMo attempt, and I’ll be back to challenge again next year! Because writing is fun. 😁
